Title: Commencement Ceremony The Senior High School Department of the Chinese General Hospital Colleges held its 5th Commencement Exercises with 48 graduating students last June 23, 2023 at the 12th Floor Auditorium. The theme for this year's graduation is, "K:12 Graduates: Molded through a Resilient Educational Foundation". The college is very pleased to have Mr. Jamie Francis Dy, MBA-H, the Vice President for Information and Communications Technology Data Privacy Officer/OIC-Security Services and Command Center of CGHMC, and the Data Privacy Officer of CGHC as the Commencement Speaker. Present in the event are Ms. Jocelyn B. Manalang, the College Registrar; Dean Iris Chua So, the OIC for Academic Affairs and Dean of the College of Nursing; as well as Dean James Christopher Chua, the Deputy Executive Director and Dean of the College of Medical Technology.

Title: Recognition Day "Successful people are not gifted; they just work hard, then succeed on purpose" - G.K. Nielson G11 honor students from the ABM and STEM strands marched last June 21, 2023 to accept their hard earned medals for doing their best, studying hard, and being diligent towards their studies. Present in the ceremony are Mr. Kenneth Darwin Yu, Ms. Reina Inosanto, Ms. Amanda Vargas, and Ms. Analiza Tumbocon.

Title: Appreciating the Lessons of the Pandemic: Towards a Resilient Nursing Leadership Date: June 7, 2023 Description: Leadership perspectives during the time of the COVID-19 p andemic are important sources of lessons for the BSN Level 4 students of CGHC. This seminar, sponsored by Ms. Emma B. Nemivant of CGHCN Class of 1958, aimed to equip students with important key points for developing a resilient nursing leadership. Four panel discussants, in the areas of nursing governance, education, practice, research, and public health, shared their leadership experiences, challenges encountered, realizations, and recommendations during the COVID-19 pandemic. Resiliency, flexibility, creativity, and proactiveness were highlighted as important characteristics for being a resilient leader in the nursing profession.
